My experience with Marigold Hospital was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. The biggest issue was the lack of professionalism displayed by both the staff and doctor .I expected basic courtesy, empathy, and transparent communication. Instead, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and uncaring. Before the consultation, I was clearly informed by the receptionist that the consultation fee would be ₹1,000.
