The services, staff, and doctors here are truly excellent in fertility centre, but the lack of proper air conditioning is a serious concern. With temperatures reaching 34°C and many pregnant patients visiting daily, patient comfort should be a top priority. The AC has reportedly been down for the past 4 days, yet patients are still being asked to adjust. Management really needs to address this urgently and ensure basic comfort and care standards are maintained.
