I had a very good experience during my gallstone surgery treatment. The doctors ( Doctor Vinay Bhat and team)explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The laparoscopic surgery went smoothly, and the care provided by the nurses and hospital staff was excellent. They were very supportive, polite, and attentive at every step. Excellent service with complete transparency—there were no hidden charges. Punam Kumari was extremely supportive and available even at midnight whenever we needed assistance. The staff and doctors- Dr Vinay Bhatt and Dr Sahana were truly caring and professional. I had previously visited Apollo but did not have a good experience, as it felt very commercial. In contrast, this hospital genuinely prioritized my care and looked after me exceptionally well.
