5Sanjana D K· 3 months agoI had booked a corporate health checkup for the 9:00 AM slot, but when I checked with the hospital team, they informed me that the center opens at 7:30 AM and encouraged me to come earlier. Since it was a Saturday, the place was quite crowded, yet the staff managed everything effortlessly. The process was smooth — names were called out based on first-come priority, and multiple blood sample collection points ensured quick service. My X-ray was completed easily, and
2Racheal Jacob· a month agoThe doctors and nurses are good, food is decent. But looks like they are understaffed and over worked. We were asked to admit the patient and no doctor ever show up to check up on the patient except of the night nurse. We asked them if we could meet the doctor to understand the status of the patient as well after all the reports were ready. And they just wouldn’t spare a moment. We admitted at 6.30 pm and only got a chance to meet the doctor at 6 am. Their securit
1Raghu· 4 months agoWorst and arrogant Nursing staff (2nd floor General Ward) My mom underwent L4-L5 stenosis surgery with doctor KN Krishna. Doctors are excellent, ICU and OT staffs are very good. Biggest problem is with Nursing staff and their arrogance and irresponsible behaviour. My mom was given syrup and mom insisted to help with diaper but the nursing staff told not use diaper and instead visit washroom and she unfortunately couldn’t go to washroom quickly and had to pee on the bed.

I would especially like to appreciate Dr. Rahul Puri from the Ortho department for his excellent care, expertise, and compassionate approach throughout my treatment. Food was good... Special thanks to the Doctors Ashish sir , lingaraju ,vijay kumar, Tejaswini mam and team 👏👏👏 Everything went smooth for me without any headache.
