Picking an IVF clinic in India in 2026 is hard for one boring reason: there's no single trustworthy directory of registered, vetted clinics with comparable information. Most patients rely on Google search, friend referrals, and WhatsApp groups — none of which filter for ART Act registration or surface comparable data.
Miro's Clinic Finder is built to fix that. Here's what it does, how to use it, and how to combine it with the rest of your clinic-research process.
What the Clinic Finder is
A searchable directory of IVF clinics across 21+ Indian cities — covering every major metro and most tier-2 cities. Each listing shows:
- Clinic name and location with neighbourhood
- Verified ART Act registration status
- Accreditation (NABH / NABL where applicable)
- Treatments offered (IVF, IUI, ICSI, FET, PGT-A, donor, surrogacy)
- Years operating
- Founded year, languages spoken, consultation fee
- Indicative per-treatment cost range
- Patient ratings and review counts
What we deliberately don't show
We don't publish self-reported success rates. Indian clinics often quote pregnancy rates, per-transfer numbers, donor-egg cycles bundled with own-egg cycles, or cherry-picked age bands that aren't comparable across clinics. Until there's an independent regulator publishing audited data (the way the UK's HFEA or US's SART does), we'd rather not surface unverified figures. Our piece on why success rates mislead explains the framing tricks to watch for.
How to use the Clinic Finder well
Step 1 — Filter by city and neighbourhood
Start with location. A clinic 30 minutes from home is manageable for 8–12 morning visits during stim; a clinic 90 minutes away is exhausting. Use the city + neighbourhood filter to narrow first.
Step 2 — Filter by treatment type
If you need a specific service (donor cycle, surrogacy coordination, PGT-A in-house), filter by it. This shrinks the list to clinics that actually do what you need rather than clinics that "say they do everything".
Step 3 — Save 5–8 favourites
Heart-tag the ones that look promising on the basics (registered, accredited, treatment scope, neighbourhood, rating). The favourite list saves locally so you can come back to it.
Step 4 — Read the "more details" panel for each
Each clinic card has an expandable "More details" section showing founded year, typical OPD hours, languages spoken, accreditations, consultation fee, and per-treatment estimated cost. This narrows your shortlist from 5–8 to 3 without making any phone calls.
Step 5 — Visit 3 in person
The Clinic Finder gets you to a sensible shortlist; the in-person visit gets you the diagnostic answers that matter. Use our 14-question clinic checklist for each visit, and our red-flags checklist to spot warning signs.
Cities covered in 2026
Tier-1 metros: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad.
Tier-2 hubs: Surat, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Nagpur, Patna, Kochi, Ranchi — plus a few more regional cities.
For each of these, we've also published a city-specific blog post with neighbourhood clusters, cost ranges, and local factors. Browse them in the City Guides category on the blog.
What the Clinic Finder doesn't do
- It doesn't book consultations directly (though it links to clinic contact)
- It doesn't replace your in-person clinic visit
- It doesn't guarantee pricing — quotes vary by individual case
- It doesn't publish unverified success rate claims
How it pairs with other Miro tools
- Cost Calculator — to estimate the spend at each shortlisted clinic
- Treatment Timeline — to plan the cycle calendar once you've chosen a clinic
- Fertility Passport — to share records cleanly with whichever clinic you pick

The bottom line
The Clinic Finder doesn't pick the clinic for you — that decision needs in-person visits and the right diagnostic questions. What it does is filter out the unregistered, clearly mismatched, or unaccredited options so the 5–8 clinics you're actively considering are all reasonable starting points.
Frequently asked questions
What is Miro's Clinic Finder?
A directory of registered IVF clinics across 21+ Indian cities, filterable by location, treatment type, accreditation, and patient ratings. Every clinic listed is verified registered under the ART Act 2021 — so you don't end up at a clinic operating without legal accreditation.
Is the Clinic Finder free to use?
Yes — free to browse. No signup needed for the basic search. Saved-favourites and shortlist features work without an account too (stored locally on your device).
Does it show success rates for each clinic?
We do not publish self-reported success rates because India lacks an independent regulator (like the UK's HFEA or US SART) that audits and verifies clinic-level outcome data. Clinics often quote inflated numbers; until there's a credible source, we'd rather not surface unverified figures. The Clinic Finder shows what is verifiable: registration, accreditation, doctor credentials, neighbourhood, treatment scope, and patient-reported ratings.
Can I filter clinics by treatment type?
Yes — IUI, IVF, ICSI, FET, PGT-A, donor cycles, and surrogacy support. Some clinics specialise in one or two; filtering by treatment narrows the choice quickly.
How are clinics ranked?
By a combination of patient ratings (from reviews verified across Google, JustDial, and direct submissions), years operating, accreditation level (NABH, NABL), and treatment scope. The 'How we rank' disclosure is on the page itself — there's no paid placement.
What if my city isn't covered yet?
We currently cover all major metros and the largest tier-2 cities. If your city isn't there, the closest covered city is usually a 1–3 hour travel hub for IVF anyway — and the patterns we describe transfer. Use the framework in our 14-question clinic checklist to evaluate any registered clinic in your city.
