My mother is currently undergoing checkup in the Gastroenterology dept. of heema hospital. We needed to show her report to the doctor, so as usual we tried to book through the concerned dept (gastro dept) However the staff of that dept insisted we must come to the hospital at 3:30 pm to book, even though we explained we had another appointment in Naharlagun at 4pm. Whoever is attending the MRI reception is requested to respond to phone calls properly. Yesterday, I called the MRI section 6–7 times, and the call was answered only after many attempts. The response I received was not appropriate for a receptionist. I request the hospital authority to ensure that only calm and polite individuals are assigned to reception duties. Based on my experience, the service was not satisfactory, especially at the MRI section reception. 😡

Hospital is clean and well maintained. Dr. Goto Gangkak Advance laproscopy,Urologist. available here. Very friendly and caring doctor i have done my kidney stone surgery successful now i am fully recovered in three week and back to work.NURSES are very good ,discipline and caring especially surgery ward. Overall very good experience thanks.

On 25th Sept’ 23, we waited for the doctor (Dr Ahmed, Gynaecologist) since 10:30am as that was the time given to us. His attendant/ nurse could not tell us when he’d come in. After a wait of 3 hours, he finally entered his cabin and started seeing patients. On our turn, we went in. We greeted him and showed him the reports.
