I would like to share my experience. Earlier I was suffering from severe back pain and knee pain. Every morning after waking up, my body felt very uncomfortable and it was difficult to move. Then I heard about yoga classes at Ramakrishna Mission Hospital. Under the guidance of my yoga teacher Poonam Madam, I started practicing yoga regularly. Gradually my health improved. My back pain and knee pain have reduced a lot, and now I feel much better and more active.

I have been attending Yoga,Pranayam and meditation therapy sessions at R.K Mission hospital,Itanagar for a month now,under the guidance of smty.Poonam Agarwal ji. This place is a complete joke. The doctor is basically never available, constantly on leave like patients don’t exist or don’t matter. What’s the point of even coming here if the person you’re supposed to see isn’t there half the time? And the nurses? Shockingly rude, specially the head nurses. No basic courtesy, no professionalism, just attitude for no reason. You’d think in a place where people come for help, the staff would at least act like decent human bei

Ramakrishna Mission Hospital is a charitable hospital which offers quality medical treatment. Being a charitable organisation, the charges for health checkup and medical tests are descent and the hospital offers almost all sort of medical tests and check ups. Also heard that this hospital takes almost 50% of medical load of the entire Itanagar. Kudos to health workers who work relentlessly offering quality services.
