Called hospital morning to know eye specialist availability and got confirmation that doctor available from 1pm to 2pm. Reached hospital at 1.37pm but the doctor already left by that time. Only at hospital, they mentioned about appointments but not when I called. Need improvements in info sharing and punctuality.
