Words fall short as I write this review for Dr. Sudini Borkar. I visited her for Labour Preparation. I was very anxious about the whole process but Dr. Sudini prepared me physically and mentally for the same. The exercises she thought me not only helped me during my delivery but also post partum I was so strong that even post C-section from day 1 I was walking and could provide care for my baby really well. I consulted Dr. Sudini Borkar, for pelvic pain during pregnancy. She was extremely patient and understanding. She recommended some pelvic floor exercises, and tricks & tips to manage the pain. The recommendations have been quite helpful. She was sweet enough to check in after a few days, on the progress. Would highly recommend her 👍

Post Partum is such a fragile and vulnerable phase in a woman's life, and yet she's expected to be her strongest and best self. I found it incredibly challenging without a village to fall back on. Thanks to Neha and team I was able to find my feet during this time , in a way my own small village to lean on .
