Extremely disappointing and exhausting experience. I had come for a post-operative knee follow-up with Dr. Veerendra Mudnoor after being specifically called at 12:30 PM. Despite reaching on time, I was made to wait over 3 hours without meeting the doctor. The most disturbing part was the complete lack of coordination and awareness among the staff. I am extremely disappointed with Horizon Hospital. My grandmother was admitted here, and the way the hospital handled her case was heartbreaking. The doctors kept giving us false hope, there was a lack of clear communication, and the overall treatment felt careless. Instead of compassion, we faced negligence and delays.
