The doctor and reception staff are extremely rude. They do a lot of partiality with patients. I went there twice and I had horrible experiences. Even if you go early and take an appointment you will have to wait for hours. Today I asked one reception lady that I had to wait for 3 hours even though I came early. The lady started shouting and created a scene for no reason saying it's not my problem. This is not a good behavior from the staff and they dont care for the patien

This was my first visit to this hospital, and I travelled all the way from Ponda because multiple people recommended the doctor here, and the doctor was indeed very good. However, the experience with the front desk receptionist was extremely disappointing and ruined the overall visit for me. The hospital clearly follows a “first come, first serve” policy and does not take appointments, so I reached well in advance(1 hour) and patiently waited for my turn. Despite
