*Appointments not honoured, order changed by staff at the reception* I visited the hospital with my elderly mother with prior appointment and the number was alloted when we got there. We were made to wait for two and half hours.It appears the lady at the reception changes the order of appointments as she wants, without following the scheduled slots. . Extremely unprofessional experience. What is the point of giving appointments if patients are made to wait for hours? The receptionist was rude when asked about the delay, and the doctor seemed angry and dismissive. Basic courtesy and respect towards patients are expected. Management should seriously look into this.
