I had a very disappointing experience today. I called the hospital around 12:30 PM to book an initial appointment with a gynecologist (Dr. Emmanuel Gracias). The receptionist asked me to come in, so I reached within about 10 minutes. However, instead of being guided to the doctor, I was sent directly to the ultrasound technician.
