I admitted my father to the hospital in March 2026 under the care of Dr Soumya Pal (General Surgery). He is a very polite and cooperative person. Separately, he refers to Dr Mehbub ul Islam; he is also a very polite person. The issue is the behaviour of the MICU & SICU nurses. I think there are 2-3 nurses who are not capable professionals. All positive points from good doctors and other staff will be spoiled only because of some nursing staff, but some are al

Sir, With due respect, I, ( Reg Id 55741) would like to draw your kind attention that today i. e 12.02.2026 at about 08.15 AM, I along with my wife go for different blood tests like FBS, TSH, Hb electrophoresis etc under WBHS. The attending billing person (as he bearing no name plate so the name of the person cannot be traced) stated that 03 pathology tests i.e Hb electrophoresis, Rubela Igg, and Toxoplasma Igg+ Igm are not done there so i have to pay extra

Excellent services. All Doctors,staffs and securities have good behavior. Treatment superb. I like Bengal faith for their responsibility also. My father is alive today due to Bengal faith and Dr Sonali sarkar mam.
