4SHANKHA· a year agoDoctors are very good in nature and behaviour. Proper treatment available. But the reception desk is not that good. Behaviour of them is like king. I request RS fertility center to change their behaviour immediately. Peoples come around due to the best doctor and nurses not for the receptionist. Remember it. Otherwise it will cause trouble. Thank you.
1Sudip Pal· a year agoI had a very disappointing experience due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. It’s shocking how little they know about basic customer service. Instead of being helpful or polite, they were arrogant and dismissive, making the entire interaction frustrating and uncomfortable. It felt like they had no training at all in how to deal with customers respectfully. I expected better treatment and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was completely missing.
