This is ridiculous, staff didn't know how to speak politely with patients and not helpful to solve the issues. When I requested the doctor and front receptionist regarding my mother womb related treatment details on doctor letter pad, for leave purpose in office , people refuse to give and not able to answer properly.

my mother underwent with surgery hospital was very nice and doctor pradeep sir was very nice and they treated us very well and neatly mainted wards and male staff was excellent on the third floor summaya ,sathwik,ravali sister was nice in 3rd floor

I recently visited Nirmala Multi-Speciality Hospital and would like to share my honest feedback. Doctors & Medical Staff: The doctors are experienced and professional. They took time to explain the diagnosis and treatment clearly. However, some support staff could be more attentive and polite, especially at the reception and billing counters.

One of the Best Hospital in Warangal…DR Minakshi .She is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, , friendly approach with smiling face . Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values… hospital service & surgical technique. Very Co-operative staff and understands patients problem very well.
