From the moment we admitted my wife, the entire staff made us feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. The labor and delivery team was phenomenal. A special thanks to all the staff for their incredible support, patience, and professionalism during the delivery. The hospital is in good condition, clean, and neat. However, they insist on upfront payments for every service before they proceed, which is highly inconvenient and feels coercive. Also, the staff subtly and positively asks for feedback, which feels a bit like pressure."

The doctor handled the surgery very professionally and gave us confidence throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and took very good care of my wife. Every staff member from the doctors, reception to the nurses and helpers treats patients with so much respect and patience.
