Very poor and frustrating experience with the billing and TPA handling at this hospital. It genuinely felt like patients are treated as a source of immediate payment rather than being supported during critical medical situations. Despite having valid corporate insurance, we were forced to pay approximately ₹1.09 lakh under pressure, without any clear or consistent explanation for the rejection of the cashless claim. This hospital just do their work accordingly, as per their time limit and convenience. They don't bother about patient's confortness, or any other problem, which we realize later..Staff is also kind until you are paying them extra. Also they don't provide birth certificate of newborn, which later results in delay and inappropriate stuff at municipal council. They just charge and charge each and everything from patient, that's it...

After visiting several fertility clinics in Varanasi, I felt confused and discouraged because most discussions were about IVF and costs. Then I came here on a relative's recommendation. Touchwood, I finally felt positive and understood. The doctors listened patiently and guided me properly. If you want to have a healthy happy pregnancy and delivery experience dont go to Dr. Indu Singh. She is now old with weak decision making ability and lack of presence of mind she doesnt care about your baby or you she will softly convey it to you but you wont be able to catch this early enough and spoil your case if there is an emergency. Ultrasound facility there is worst dont trust this hospital's gynaecology deptmt dont go there save yourself and your baby

Very 3rd class hospital I had have ever seen. All the person from doctor to staff is so greedy and passing time and waiting for patient to die. The doctor Surya is so greedy and Rouge.They didn't visit regularly but sent their so called assistance for check up. I admitted my grandmother and things became worsened in just 1-2 days. When we had decided to admit her in Octavia hospital with Ayushman card.The doctor called them and asked them not to admitted in ayush
