5Seshadri Renganathan· 4 months ago5th March 2026 - Just to thank and Appreciate, the quick and efficient Doctor and staff, who attended on us (senior citizens husband and wife, from Chennai, on pilgrimage to Varanasi - staying in Dolphin Intl Hotel - suffering from food poisoning) Very thorough, efficient and very prompt treatment given, including IV injection and medicine prescription. Gratefully thank the doctor profusely. Great service Sir.
3Creative Thirst· 4 months agoI went there for my father's knee fracture operation. Dr. Amit Jaiswal was so humble and calm. Also, the operation was really smooth. However, the support staff is not at all good. I had to run behind them multiple times for a single tiny thing. The security staff was rude and unapologetic. They did not behave well even with ladies. Overall the experience was satisfactory. In a nutshell, medical staff is good but the management is where they lack.

I had undergone left elbow surgery in guidence of Dr Amit jaiswal...The doctors are knowledgeable and take time to explain everything clearly. The nursing staff ( specialy Soni, gaurav and madhuri) are attentive and polite. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent.” Very good hospital, doctors and staff..
4Krishnakant Gupta· 4 months agoThe robotic knee transplant by Dr. Amit Jaiswal was excellent with less complications and Pain management under Dr. Gourav sir was the best for relief.But some of the staff behavior here is very poor. The staff has no manners, how to talk to them, I humbly request Oriana Hospital Director and HR team to terminate such people from here.
