I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital during my IVF treatment. Unfortunately, the entire process lacked transparency, proper documentation, and clear communication. Before starting treatment, I specifically asked whether insurance could be used. I was told that insurance was not directly accepted, but that the hospital would provide proper bills so I could submit them for reimbursement.
