3Mohamed Safwan· a month agoVery good doctors, nurses & hospitality.. The doctors, nurses, and overall treatment were good. However, my experience with the IP billing department was disappointing. The staff were not responsive and were not courteous in their communication. The billing process also lacked transparency. Hospital billing should be clear and consistent, but it felt like the final amount could be changed through negotiation, which is not what patients expect from a professional

The service was very good and had a great support from the team. Especially nusing team was fantastic .It was a very good experience for us in this hospital. Nurses took care of my daad like one of their family member ..unforgettable..Thank you all...

The doctors were outstanding—they explained everything clearly before the surgery and made sure all our doubts were clarified before starting the procedure. Even after the surgery, they visited daily, checked on my condition, and took very good care of me.
