Very worst behaviour of front desk staff, they are sitting leisurely and chitchat with each other, gossips like teashop and treating visited patients arrogantly, answered like they own the entire hospital, doubting even doctor has this much attitude with patients! Dr. Subathra mam consider replacing every staff in front desk and give the employment to potential people who can handle patients correctly... SM Speciality hospital is situated on Salem Main Road just 100 meters from No.1 Tollgate bus stand in Thiruvalluvar Avenue entrance, functioning round the clock with duty doctor. Specialists visiting regularly. Hence all types of patients being attended here. Duty Doctor is available 24 hours so that emergency cases attended immediately. The hospital is maintained well . Very beneficial to locals.

Very worst hospital don't go to this hospital.. main doctor is not available most of the time. Only duty doctors only checking the patients.. I lost my baby during 5 months of pregnancy because of broken amniotic fluid.. we asked for what is the reason for amniotic fluid break but they did not respond properly.. they put some hormone injection to me after 2 days suddenly my amniotic fluid broke and water is leaked.. due to their carelessness, I lost my baby.. stil

"A few of the staff working here are very bad. How can it be accepted that a cleaning person is doing a nurse's job? Furthermore, a women with short hair spoke disrespectfully. How can we trust and come here ? Hospital Owner , you must take proper action."
