On August 27, I delivered my baby boy. I was in labor for 11 hours, and the pain was unbearable. I ended up shouting at the staff and even at my parents because I couldn’t handle the pain. Worst hospital management ever. Appointment booking is not possible online or by phone. Even if we come directly to book, they refuse to give entry. My baby was in the car parking, and still they did not allow me inside. They insisted that I bring the baby first and only then they would give entry. The hospital waiting hall is always overcrowded. Worst time management Doctor never comes on time, and the patients are not even intimated about the doctors availability. Have been waiting for 2+ hours in the waiting area and Doctor have not turned up. It would be better if the correct time is informed earlier.
