5M.y. Kaja4604· 4 months agoI admitted my mother to Royal Hospital for treatment. We consulted Dr. Bilal Ahamed, and I would like to sincerely appreciate his care and dedication. He treated my mother like his own family member, showing great compassion, professionalism, and responsibility. We are fully satisfied with his treatment and support. I would also like to appreciate the nursing staff for their attentive and caring service. The housekeeping team also maintained cleanliness very well
1victor gnanaraj· a month agoOne of the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. I have admitted my wife yesterday for some emergency and she was supposed to get discharged by evening. Morning doctor came and informed us by evening 4pm another doctor will come who will b seeing us behalf of her as she was going out of town. Once she sees you then u can be discharged by evening, this is what she said. But when it was 4 no one came when I asked the nurses there they said doctor will come b

The doctors explained the procedure clearly, and the surgery was completed successfully. The nursing staff and support team were caring, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Without much discussion or attempt for normal delivery, I was taken for a C-section. The doctor handling my case, Dr. Roselin Thomas, did not communicate properly and was dismissive when we asked genuine questions about my baby’s care. My biggest concern is about newborn feeding.
