I suggest not to choose the universal hospital because my experience was so bad.I had a normal delivery alhamdulillah in hospital i visited at night time the staff and the sister don't know how to talk to patient and relatives too.the sister who did my delivery that sister is fair and aged.the sister is behaving like she is not getting a salary for that job she is doing a favour for me .I was in my labour pain at that time she is sleeping in between the time no one

Overall service is good, staff are professional and co-operative.Dr Nishant Afrin professionally handled the overall procedure from diagnosis to delivery. Nurses of the hospital are too good and supportive, I really appreciate their hard work and knowledge for building trust with the patients and handling. On reception the person is well knowledgeable and professional.

Experience was good,I came in emergency. Staff and doctors tried their best for normal delivery. I recommend this hospital to everyone desire for normal delivery
