I' am admitted to Unity hospital due to severe abdominal pain , body pain ,headache,vomiting nd giddiness but my treating docter Dr Shailesh Bhayani sir who diagnos my problem nd give me best treatment. Now today I am discharged from hospital,nd I salute all emergency department,3rd floor staff nd all doctors team to give me warmful atmosphere nd never filing me dad.once again thank u Unity hospital.
