We recently visited Florence Hospital due to a fracture in moms hand, and unfortunately, my experience was really very disappointing. During the consultation, I felt that the orthopedic doctor Mr Nikesh Bhagat was rude and dismissive. Dr. Nikesh Bhagat was very rude by nature, and his statements regarding the surgery charges kept changing. My father’s surgery was scheduled on 18-02-2026. Initially, they informed us that the cost would be around ₹50,000–₹60,000 under mediclaim. Later, they increased the amount to ₹1,20,000 for the same procedure. Wonderful and a very heartwarming experience at Florence. Really appreciate the way a hospital can operate without power supply that too for critical orthopaedics who usually needs Elevator where the management is least bothered for the patients. I was really excited and shocked at the same time when I had to suggest the staffs to check if they had any wheelchair facilities for patients, and to my surprise they had only one.
