5Mukesh· 3 months agoGreat experience at Desun Hospital, Siliguri. My father recently underwent PTCA under Dr. K. K. Goyel, and the entire process was smooth from CAG to procedure. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjay da (Cath Lab Coordinator) for his constant support, polite behavior, and for addressing all my concerns. The facilities were good, and all staff—from doctors to nurses—were helpful and caring. Highly satisfied.

Neha Sarkar and Anamika Roy from the Helpdesk were very helpful, and the manager was very supportive. The management team was organized and helpful, and the doctor took great care of me and made sure all my concerns were addressed. 1Vikas Bharti· 2 months agoMy patient was advised for discharge yesterday; however, the hospital manager was not willing to proceed with the discharge today. It appears that they intend to delay the discharge until tomorrow to increase the billing amount. Most of the staff have been non-cooperative throughout this process. The only exception is Mr. Kankan from the corporate room, who has been very kind and helpful since the day of admission. He has been polite and extremely supportive. Unfo

Under the care of Dr. Suman, my father underwent hernia surgery, and I am very happy to say that the operation was very successful. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Suman for his excellent treatment and care.
