The reception team at Ram Krishna Seva Sadan seriously needs to become more professional. Hospitality does not mean speaking to patients and their families with arrogance or attitude. Even if someone is stressed or upset, reception staff should respond calmly, respectfully, and helpfully — that is basic professionalism. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Ramkrishna Seva Sadan, Siliguri and the incredible medical team who supported my wife during one of the most difficult times for our family. My wife had her C-section delivery at Ramkrishna Seva Sadan on 30th April, and initially everything was fine. However, on 9th May, she suddenly developed severe congestion, abdominal pain, and complications, due to which we had to rush her for emergency care.

Before i say anything...... i want to say if u want ur wife to be checked by a good doctor....Then Ramkrsihna does the need full ...Doctor is good no doubt... Now comes the Management of the Hospital.....The Nurses, Guards, Bill counter ......except few employees...2 or 3 are okay...rest all r teribble to deal with....rude arrogant....they sud knw that we come to see the doctor and we pay for the visit...but whats the prblm in talking a bit politely...Doctor talks

I am giving 2 stars just only because of respected GB Das Sir and Vinayak sir. My wife has been treated here since last one year under doctor GB Das Sir. As we know Dr. GB Das sir is one of the best and renowned gyne doctor of siliguri. Now here come to the worst part. 1. Super third class reception billing system. Its like a fish market. No system. Card billing machines are out of order. I need to stand in the billing counted for 90 min to pay my bill via card as
