The nursing team was attentive, ensuring comfort during my stay. While the facilities were clean and well-maintained, the waiting time for admission could be improved. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, and I appreciate the care provided.

Rating: ⭐ (1/5) Very poor experience with the pathology department. My baby girl’s sonography report was not provided even after 3 days. The reception staff did not give any clear information or proper response when asked about the delay. This kind of negligence is very disappointing, especially when it involves a child’s medical report. The hospital should improve its report delivery system and communication with patients.
