One of the worst hospitals I have ever visited. We booked an appointment just to show a report, but we had to wait for more than 5 hours to meet the doctor. I don't understand what kind of patient management system they have. We came to this hospital only because it was recommended to us. However, the service was extremely disappointing. If you value your time, I would strongly suggest visiting another hospital. Be prepared to wait for several hours just to see

Very disappointed with the service at Dia Plus Hospital, Salem. I paid for thyroid tests, but even after waiting for more than 2 hours, the reports were not provided on time. The staff and nursing team gave poor responses and were not helpful when asked for updates. Patients deserve better communication and timely service. This was a frustrating experience.

A competent doctor, a good and experienced hospital. But the nurses who do blood tests are very very bad. Wasting patients' time, Playing games, idle chatter, not answering patients questions correctly, etc. during the testing are very bad...Such negligence on the part of nurses will affect the well-being of your patients and cause them to suffer. Even after several hours of taking a blood test, the results are still not coming... This is very, very bad.👎👎👎
