Worst experience ever. The doctor was careless, and uninterested in listening to the patient. Zero empathy and very unprofessional behavior. Completely dissatisfied and would never recommend.

Had a horrible experience during my wife's appointment.The waiting time was 2 hours even after pre booked appointment.The clinic was very dirty.After all the waiting the doctor could not answer even one of our queries.we had all test reports from 2 months back and she was like get the tests done again.Incompetent doctor with no knowledge.

Very pathetic service. Never available when you are in emergency. It current experience, I had regular routine checkup with Dr. Usha Rani, since last 7& half months. Now when time comes for delivery she is not available. Her so call broker who sit in just front medical store, says you can make delivery at any place . . So why would I go for this doctor and make my baby's life difficult in her hand who has not yet came in this world. I would never suggest any

I had an appointment with the doctor and the experience was really good. She is humble polite and doesn't overdose you with medicine but the person who is authorised to provide appointment is extremely crazy.he rarely picks up the call and if he does and he won't give you appointment. Crazy people!!!!!!!!!!
