4FK· 5 months agoGood hospital, staff are cooperative. I didn’t use other services; only ultrasound and X-ray were done. The charges were low, and the whole process—from test to report—was completed within an hour.
1sachal tigga· 2 months agoExtremely disappointing and insensitive experience at Samford Hospital, Kokar, Ranchi I had booked an appointment today (18/04/2026) with Dr. Rohit Lal, orthopedic doctor for my elderly mother, who is suffering from an ankle fracture and was on a wheelchair. We were instructed to arrive at 1:00 PM. Despite reaching on time, we were made to wait for THREE HOURS (till 4:00 PM) with absolutely no information about the doctor’s whereabouts. My mother, already in pain,

The hospital maintains excellent hygiene and a well-organized environment that makes patients feel safe and comfortable. The staff is polite, supportive, and always ready to help with any queries. Doctors are highly experienced, give proper time to patients, and explain treatment clearly.
