Unbelievable Wait Times and Poor Service – Never Again I had the unfortunate experience of taking my dad to Gokul Hospital recently, and it was absolutely horrendous. We arrived for our scheduled appointment, but after checking in, we were left waiting for EIGHT HOURS before we finally saw a doctor. This hospital is the worst hospital in which there is no discussion of the bill and after the operation, the bill is double charged so this hospital will never be like this again.

Very hygienic environment with well-maintain wards.the hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic tools like MRI,CT scan and ecg machinr.very efficient! !!!I did an internship in biomedical here and my experience was very good.I got very good guidance and good behaviour form everybody...

Toilets were smelly but apart from that, everything was clean, cleaners were cleaning regularly. Helpful staff, reception on the left as you enter the building and desks on all the floor depending on departments. CT Scan, Sonography and X-Ray available on first floor.

Very bad experience, doctors are skilled but staff behaviour is not good , no one taking responsibility for patient betterment. Their primary concern is money also asking for extra payment for the CD of the MRI scan which is already performed after a high amount of payment and MRI is also done after 3-4 hrs of waiting. Very poor waiting room arrangement for patients and relatives. Not recommended at all....
