The staff behavior is very, very bad. We have just been shifted to room number 204, and the staff is arguing with us for an extra bed. My baby is 1 year old and uses bottles. When we go outside the room to ask for an extra bed, they send us to the counter downstairs, and when we go downstairs, the staff does not respond properly. Doctor is nice but fees for follow up consultation is unpredictable. Some time charged as old case, some time charged as new case though it is follow up consultation. Receptionist staff haven't clarity on new case and follow up case. Very disappointing.
