Special thanks to Dr. Akshay Baid, the neuro surgeon — he was thorough in his diagnosis and explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable with the treatment plan and appreciated his gentle approach and attention to detail. The staff were also courteous and supportive throughout my visit. I have paid Rs. 6,700 for 24 hours, and as per the room package, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. However, the hospital canteen denied providing meals to the patient. Due to this inconvenience, we were compelled to arrange food from outside despite having already paid the applicable hospital charges. Such incidents cause unnecessary difficulty for patie
