A literal nightmare the experience with this hospital was. I was there with my 16 year old brother who had an accident and he was left unattended for hours despite knowing the fact that the injury is on the head. When I took him for CT scan what I saw still scares me while I was outside the room sobbing and waiting for my baby brother to get his scan done the staff at the room was having a kitty party like celebration they were laughing and gigging discussing tea

I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the emergency service at SMC Super Specialty Hospital. We had a medical emergency around 2:00 a.m., and we rushed to the hospital expecting immediate care. Shockingly, all four gates of the hospital were completely locked.
