1Debojeet Chatterjee· 3 months agoI have been visiting this hospital for the past two months for my wife's pregnancy check-ups. Until today, everything had been going well. However, today we had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff. I had called a day earlier to book an appointment but couldn’t get one due to the doctor’s busy schedule. Still, since the doctor had asked us to come today for report checking, we visited the hospital. Initially, one receptionist said she wo
4Alok Parganiha· 9 months agoTreatment and facilities are very good, Dr mam is very soft spoken and very clear. Staff is also good, nursing staff is best and caring. You need to take prior appointment and had to wait for sometime which is very much ok, looking at the rush... One of the best gyn hospital.

I KNOW YOU ARE FOLLOWING HOSPITAL RULE AND REGULATION BUT YOU PEOPLE NEED TRAINING FOR HOW TO EXPLAIN RULE REGULATIONS OF HOSPITAL THROUGH PATIENT YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN PATIENT SOFT AND POLITELY BUT THERE RECEPTIONIST HAVE NO MANNER, ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR, RUDE ATTITUDE ANOTHER PART DOCTOR BEHAVIOUR IS SO GOOD, GREAT NATURE, SOFT SPOKEN, TREATMENT IS TOP OF NOTCH.
