Administration is very poor. Counter staff are not well trained. I visited today with my mother's file as she is unable to visit. After two hours of waiting and repeatedly reminding them of my number, the staff asked, "आपकी कौन सी फाइल है?" (Which file is yours?) I was very surprised and frustrated to see that my file was the last one pending in the cabin. I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Dr. Rishi Agrawal. The biggest issue is his attitude and communication. When family members try to ask genuine questions about the patient, instead of explaining properly, he responds in a rude and dismissive manner. Complete mismanagement at the reception desk. No information is given about waiting time or doctor availability before hand. I specifically asked if doctor is available right now and they said yes. Once I paid fee, I was told doctor is yet to arrive and will take another hour. Ridiculous behaviour and also pre checkup was a joke, the nurse entered random values without actually checking health parameters.
