4sinmoy· a month agoPosting this after spending 2 weeks, including 2 days at the ICU-The doctors, nursing, billing and maintenance staff are competent,diligent and considerate. I underwent satisfactory treatment for meningitis under the neurology team lead by Dr.H.Sinha and Dr.Prashant - they were prompt at arriving at a diagnosis and treatment of the same. Hence, definitely a positive experience.Possibly,one of the best multi-speciality hospital in Chhattisgarh as i interacted with patient
1Think Nest· 5 months agoWorst experience in MMI Raipur, I advise everyone never go for treatment in this hospital, I came here 8 o clock in morning they kept me waiting for 2 hours than they make bill around 10500rs for ECG echo KFT HbA1C B12 and D3 only and after giving blood sample and Done with ECG and echo process now they saying wait for 3 to 4 hours I kept waiting and lab report came at 1.30pm now they asked me to wait for dr to visit even after all this I wait for 4 and half hour st
1Surbhi Tayal· a month agoExtremely rude and disrespectful staff, they do not understand the concept of emergency. The person with an upper hand in any situation, specially when in healthcare sector is supposed to be kind and accommodating, that is not the case here. A request to the doctors sitting here is to ensure that they either get better assistants or pursue a different hospital.
1devendra verma· a month agoThe infrastructure looks good from outside, but the actual patient handling was not satisfactory. We experienced delays, lack of proper guidance, and poor responsiveness from hospital staff. Billing and process management also need improvement. Expected much better service from such a reputed hospital.
5Manish Choubey· a month agoIts was rhe nicest experience for best doctor Dr Snehil Goswami sir ,very meticulously cared by nursing staff at NH MMI Narayana,Raipur. Everything was perfect and well co-ordinated by Mrs.Jyoti Tiwari at the best of experience.
