We had a great experience. We booked the suite room and Anil ji was very kind to make the necessary adjustments as we had to change our dates last minute due to an emergency. The stay, facilities, nursing staff, cleaning staff, admins, managers and everything honestly was great. We had come from Bangalore and were not sure in the beginning but it turned out great. Very disappointing experience. The hospital seriously overcharged us and gave misleading information about treatment and billing. Lack of transparency, poor guidance, and hidden charges made the situation even worse. Patients come here for care, not to be misled and exploited. Please check your bills carefully before trusting this hospital.

Overall Experience was very good. Doctors are very supportive and give proper response to the concerns. The nurses are very sweet and sincere, doing their job very well. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The only thing that bothered me a little that some staff from every shift came to our room and asking for money, and also weren't satisfied with what we were giving to them. this makes us uncomfortable. The doctor's experience was so so ,every time there was a different doctor to consult. Private rooms are not well maintained, even the main door auto shut doesn't work ,slams hard with loud sound. Bathroom fittings are so exposed. But yes house keeping facilities were good.
