The morning emergency doctor did not seem confident in handling the case and advised us to shift the patient to another hospital instead of initiating immediate treatment. In emergency situations, timely response and proper guidance are crucial. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving emergency care standards. The doctor is excellent, providing detailed explanations and overall good on-the-spot consultations. However, the attendants at the specific OPD dedicated to Dr. Anusha Rao are extremely unprofessional. It created a comfortable environment, which is crucial for patients and their families. Rest room cleanliness and air conditioning system need to improve.
