I had to visit MJM Hospital for an admission and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived at 5:00 AM, there was no one at the reception, and I literally had to search through different rooms and wake up the staff to get help. The admission process itself took over an hour, which is unacceptable for a hospital. Furthermore, despite being there until 3:00 PM, no food was offered to the patient. We had a very good experience at MJM Hospital. We are blessed with twin babies, and one of them is currently in the NICU. During this challenging time, the hospital staff has been extremely supportive and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Kadam, Dr. Pandya, and Dr. Ashwini Madam for their dedication and constant support. Had a helpful experience in treatment of my Mother. Staff and doctors are very cooperative and helpful. Many hospitals ask to wait for more than a hour for numbers but here they pay attention quickly. Best and quick responsive team.

We stayed in at mum hospital for approx 11 days and our experience was truly reassuring at NICU. The doctors,nurses, and entire NICU team showed exceptional care, patience and professionalism throughout our stay. The nursing staff deserves Special appreciation for their round the clock support and kindness. Thank-you for taking such good care of our baby and giving us confidence.
