During consultation, he gives adequate time to each and every patient, listens carefully to their concerns, and explains the illness and treatment in detail. He treats patients in a friendly manner and provides valuable suggestions regarding their health conditions. However, the staff's behavior toward patients' family members is often rude and needs improvement.
5Vaibhav Yadavยท a month agoOverall experience was very good in harsh hospital. Mrs Chitra mam did very good job for caring and nurturing newborn child... hospital was neat and clean..and staff behaviour is also very supportive and good..i recommend this hospital for delivering new child.

You sit there hurting, holding back tears, while they handle things at their own pace because your urgency somehow never makes the list. The arrogance some old staff members carry is unbelievable, they seem ready to mistreat you and have a physical fight even when you are extremely polite. The doctor is nothing less than a demon Ravana, and his staff are no better than Kumbhkar

The staff is always ready to look after the patient and is attentive. Dr. Mukul Pandey and Dr. Rohi Das are doing great service to Prayagraj and it's citizens. Special shout out to the Administrator and Jr. Doctors in the Hospital. Highly satisfied.
