Worst experience ever. There was a severe lack of patient care support, with very limited nursing and ward assistance despite the large number of occupied beds. Family members were not allowed to stay with the patient, yet the hospital staff clearly stated that they would not take responsibility if a patient fell from the bed. There was also no assistance available for taking patients to the toilet. Staff informed us that it was not their responsibility,

My father Mr. Vinod Bihari Verma heart bypass surgery was successfully done by Dr. A K Chaudhary. The whole process of surgery was very smooth and done with minute care . All medical staff are very cordial and very co operative. Daily monitoring of patient was done with ease. Although discharge process was a bit lengthy and time consuming but overall facilities provided has overcome this little inconvenience. Well done United Medicity. A big thanks from my father an

I had a very good experience visiting this hospital. The doctors and staff here are very well trained and experienced. Hospital is very big and has all the facilities with very clean and tidy private rooms and general wards. And the best thing about this hospital is that health cards like ayushman and pandit Deendayal are accepted and provided full cashless treatment here. I would prefer this hospital than any other money making hospitals in allahabad.

No proper security staff neither the nurses are available. Doctors just sit in their chambers chatting on WhatsApp. Patients have to wait unnecessarily for the appointment and tests. Pls don't consider this hospital if you want to save your time and money and especially your patient's life.

Today I went to get treatment for my head, but the staff there don’t talk properly when you ask something — it feels just like a government hospital. And the funniest part is, after doing the CT scan, they said, “Please wait, the printer is not working. We’ll give the report once it’s fixed.” Patients are suffering, but their printer is the problem. Very slow service — this was my first and last visit to this hospital.
