1Neha Imtiyaz· a month agoMy experience at Shivam Hospital with Dr. Sarika Roy was extremely disappointing due to unprofessional staff, poor hygiene, and zero respect for patients' time. 1. Staff Behavior The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Nobody guides you properly about the process — where to go, what to do next. There’s a lot of attitude. First you wait for registration, then for your token number, then again for history-taking. Even during this, the staff does not cooperate and
1ABHISHEK ANAND· 7 months agoWorst Clinic. Rude Staff and Administration. They asks Patients to visit clinic to book appointment and denied appointment booking by attendent. Patient is patient for a reason. Its Illogical for pregnant patients to go through Travel ordeal twice to get treatment one for making appointment and another to see the Doctor. Further they don't allow online payment of consultancy fee and demanded Cash only. Sounded Fishy

1Praphull Kumar· a year agoVery poor management of hospital and rude behaviour of staffs and nurses. Also doctor has no particular fixed time slot for patient consultation in OPD. It depends on her mood that when will she sit in her cabin and all the process for appointment is very time consuming .If you have came early morning you may have to wait till 7 or 8 o'clock in night to meet doctor.
