While the infrastructure and marketing created high expectations, the actual patient handling and communication were poor. Appointments were frequently delayed, and despite arriving on time, we often had to wait several hours before meeting the doctor. The staff seemed disorganized, and different team members provided conflicting information regarding reports, medications, and treatment schedules. We also
