Very disappointing experience at Panacea Hospital, Panvel. The doctors and nursing staff were not cooperative, and basic cleanliness was missing. The lift was not working properly and patients even got stuck, which is extremely unsafe. There was no doctor available on time — reports took 2–4 hours with no proper communication. It felt like unnecessary money was being charged without proper treatment or transparency. Would not recommend.

I had a very positive experience at the hospital. The doctors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. They take time to explain the diagnosis and treatment clearly, which gives patients confidence and comfort. The nursing staff is extremely supportive, polite, and attentive. I had a fantastic experience with Meghana at I came in with severe knee pain that was limiting my daily life. My shoulder operation was done at panacea under Dr. Subhash singh sir. It was very good and effective. After that he suggested physiotherapy with Dr. Meghna mam. Because of her treatmen, I have started getting relief now.
