Let me start by thanking all the staff members. Dr. Umesh was like a God. He identified the issue gave the best solution. I broke my leg and hospitalised there and underwent a major surgery. I had a very disappointing experience at Gopal Gowda Santhavri Memorial Hospital, mainly due to the extremely poor behavior of the support staff. The staff at the front desk and the laboratory were highly unprofessional and discourteous. The way they spoke to patients and attendants was harsh, rude, and insensitive, which deeply hurt customer sentiments. Patients are issued digitally approved and generated referral letter by railway hospital for treatment in empanelled hospital. Had Hernia surgery here. All staff were great. Food was good, rooms were cleaned, every nurse friendly. Opposite to what we receive in my own country, England. I was admitted after 2 days of enquiring. Price was good. Nice hospital.

This rating is purely for the waiting time and lack of respect for patients’ schedules. We arrived exactly at the time given by the receptionist, yet even after waiting for over an hour, there has been no consultation. What is the point of giving appointment timings if patients are made to sit endlessly without any updates or accountability? Hospitals expect patients to value doctors’ time, but there seems to be zero respect for the time of patients and their families
