Worst experience Treatment is not done through Ayushman, Doctors say that treatment cannot be done for free without money! The behavior of the staff is also bad There is dirt and foul smell everywhere.

They dont give medicines on emergency purposes- even though they right 24*7 They say - they will only give medicines if its precautionary by the only bombay hospital doctors- if prescribed by other doctors- they dont give! Pathetic emergency service

The worst hospital i ever been to literally i don't even know how it has even 3.9 rating i wouldn't have gone if Dr. Vikash Patel hasn't asked us to. First the nurses didn't even know how to check BP and the reception people and staff couldn't talk or behave nicely even to the patient, my mom was in so much pain she was so sick she couldn't even sit but the x-ray guy was scolding her to stand properly and they couldn't even provide the wheelchair to my mom I'm

Dual responses from management, my relative visited there, they accepting Ayushman Card but also charging for Lab test and asking to submit around 8k. We have consulted in other hospital they charging total approx 16K. I have doubt if Ayushman Card accepting then why charging patients? I talk to doctor over call he no other charge except lab test but at counter have different charges.
